Raw Material Selection

Cutting

Marking


Pipes are typically marked with information such as manufacturer details, material type, pressure rating, size specifications, and batch number for quality control and identification purposes.

Quality control tests are conducted to ensure that pipes meet industry standards and regulations. Common tests include pressure tests to check for leaks or weaknesses, impact resistance tests, stiffness tests, and checks for dimensional accuracy.

Packaging


After passing quality control tests, pipes are bundled together based on size and type before being packaged securely for storage or shipment to distributors or end-users.

Any waste material generated during cutting or defective during production can often be recycled back into new pipes or other products reducing waste and improving cost-efficiency.
