The vacuum calibration tank is a critical equipment in plastic pipe extrusion production, primarily used to rapidly cool and precisely dimensionally shape the high-temperature molten pipe parison immediately after extrusion from the die. It ensures the pipe's roundness, outer diameter, and wall thickness meet standards.


The vacuum calibration machine mainly depends on the vacuum system, the water circulation system and the front and back moving device.


The tube is shaped by a vacuum system in a vacuum setting box and air is extracted by a vacuum pump. Under the action of compressed air, the gas inside the pipe is extracted, thereby preventing the air from flowing into the pipe and forming a vacuum state, so as to achieve the purpose of tube shaping. The pipes are cooled by a water circulation system.
