This Large diameter HDPE/MDPE fuel gas/water supply pipe extrusion line is mainly used for producing large diameter HDPE/MDPE pipe. The pipe has some excellent features such as heating resistant, aging resistant, high mechanical strength, environmental stress cracks resistant, good creep resistant, etc. It is a preferred gas conduit for ductwork systems between city and its suburb, water supply in city.

The various thickness of the pipes produced can make them suitable for applications range from urban water supply to gas transportation. This line also excels in the production of anti-flammable and anti-static electricity pipes using a two or three layer spiral mould for use in mining industries. Pipes produced feature even wall-thickness and perfect roundness. Through switching or adding certain part of machine unit, this line can also be customized to extrude pipes of various other kinds.

It consists of automatic feeding system/single screw extruder/die head/forming machine /winder. It is mainly produce PE/PP/PVC single corrugated pipe. The PE/PP/PVC single corrugated pipe is mainly used in the golf course, playgrounds as light load of drainage, floods; Interior decoration cable casing; Automotive wire casing; The washing machine, air conditioner drain; Prestressed concrete special pipe, etc.

Features

1.Extruder: high efficient screw, hard gear surface gearbox, uniformed raw material heating, good plasticization, high extrusion speed.

2.Corrugation forming machine: closed structure, module link in the overall closure base does round-trip running in the running tunnels.

3.Forming modules: it is made of hard steel, dealed with a rigorous use of CNC finishing materials produced to ensure the hardness and precision of the molding modules. These modules are easy and convenient to change

4.Coiler :Single position or double position with torque motor.

5.Electrical parts: ABB inverter, Siemens contactor, RKC thermo controllers etc.
