Window And Door Stable Quality Profiling Machine PVC/WPC Profile Production Line

PVC profile making machine mainly composed by Conical Twin Screw Extruder, Cooling Table, Hauling Machine, Cutting Machine, Stacker. With different mould, it can produce various UPVC profile, such as: PVC window door profile, PVC wall panel, PVC window sill board, cabinet door board, curtain box, PVC trucking, cable duct, PVC skirting, PVC protection corner and so on. 

And by changing screw barrel and mould, it can also produce PVC based WPC products, such as: WPC wall panel, WPC window.

It can be used in hot or cold, dry or wet area, which can bear long period irradiation of ultraviolet radiation and bad weather such as gale and rainstorm, long life and easily to operate. And it also has the advantages of good fireproofing, high capacity, easy installation, low price and long using life.

1)   Extruder screw and barrel with vacuum degassing system can get rid of the waste gas from the raw material which can ensure good quality of final granules.
2) Gearbox with nice outline, stable running, low noise and long service time.
3) Heating system: adopting cast aluminum heaters with stainless steel plate covers, wind fan cooling system, ensuring good features of cooling and heating, precision temperature controlling.
4) Driving system: adopting Siemens motor, using ABB inverter which provide stable torque output and various speed.
5) Vacuum calibrating and cooling Table: the table is made by #304 stainless steel, good strength and performance,long life time.
6) Traction machines:Rubber block traction belt,traction speed is adjustable by ABB frequency inverter.
7) Cutting machine: saw blade cutting,low noise,quick cutting performance,with dust collection device.

PVC WPC PROFILE PRODUCTION LINE

This production line is mainly used for extrusion production of PVC wood powder composite plastic profiles. It has good stability,high precision and high reliability.

CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.

EXTRUSION DIE

After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC, the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the most important part of profile forming.

VACUUM CALIBRATION TABLE

Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system, water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right,height adjustment manual device,stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.

CUTTING MACHINE

After being controlled by encoder according tothe required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
