Product Description
PE pipe production line is primarily used in the manufacturing of PE pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 1200mm. The various thickness of the pipes produced can make them suitable for applications range from urban water supply to gas transportation. This line also excels in the production of anti-flammable and anti-static electricity pipes using a two- or three-layer spiral mold for use in mining industries. Pipes produced feature even wall-thickness and perfect roundness. Through switching or adding certain part of machine unit, this line can also be customized to extrude pipes of various other kinds.

Features
1. Adopt the single screw extruder, and mainly used in extruding PE, PP, ABS, PS, PC, and so on
2. The extruder using the special designed single screw making the product forming well.
3. Screw material: High quality alloy steel-38GrMoAlA, after high-temperature nitriding, nitriding deepth: 0.5-07mm, the surface hardness HV740-940.
4. Barrel temperature control though two section, the cast aluminum ring heater provide the hot temperature while the cooling fan with the help of air control the temperature zone.
5. The reduction box adopt the Germany technical which have long life span, low noise and lower hot.
6. The control panel: AC/DC motor ,SIEMENS contactor

PE PIPE PRODUCTION LINE
It consists of extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker, etc.
SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER
The single screw extruder is simple in design and inexpensive, so it is widely used. It is suitable for extrusion production of PE, PPR, PERT plastic pipes, sheets and profiles.
MARK LINE CO-EXTRUDER
The extruder is especially widely used on pipe production line to co-extrude pipe mark line. It is specially designed with lower power consumption and takes smaller space.
EXTRUSION DIE
After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PP the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the most important part of tube forming.
VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK
Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system, water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.
SPRAY COOLING TANK
The cooling water is atomized and sprayed from the special nozzle after being pressed by the water pump, so that the product can be cool to 360 degrees in all directions.
TRACTOR
It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head, and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
CUTTING MACHINE
After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
AUTOMATIC WINDING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
This machine is equipped with two reels alternately to ensure the continuity of production. It is suitable for plastic rewinding and packaging, automatic arranging,automatic rewinding, and easy operation.
TURNOVER RACK (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
Accept finished products and automatically turn over.
