Product Description
PPR pipe production line is mainly used to produce pipe production line with PPR(random copolymerization polypropylene) resin as raw material, but also suitable for PP, PPB, PPC, PE resin as raw material. PPR pipe production line with special use of screw plasticizing effect is good. Choose compound spiral head, effectively clear material memory function. Man-machine interface operation, high degree of automation. PPR pipe production line adopts single screw extruder, using PLC automatic control system. In addition, the PPR pipe line can be used to produce PERT, PEX and PB tubes by changing molds or other devices. The new PP-R hot and cold water pipe production line is mainly used in the production of residential water supply system, industrial water transportation and other widely used pipe diameter, wall thickness.
Features
1. High lineal extrusion speed, big capacity and low power consumption, and achieved multi-layers co-extrusion with 1-5 layers.
2. The copper bush is more wear-resisting and prevent material leakage which can guarantee a stable running of extruder.
3. Material feed via spiral groove, efficient transmission and can effectively reduce back-pressure on extruder.
4. Unique design (barrier, shearing and mixing zone) guarantees a uniformed plasticizing effect, and can reduce the pressure on the screw which guarantees a high speed and stable output capacity.
5. High torque gear box has a smart figuration, compact construction, low noise, high carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency can assure long-time trouble-free operation;
6. PCA(pipe air cooling system) of die head largely increase the extrusion speed and decrease the cooling length of extrusion line, and improve quality of inner pipe surface;
7. Intelligent PLC controlling system with human-friendly interface make the operation easily and conveniently;
8. Chip-free cutter ensuing flat and smooth cutting surface of pipe.

PPR PIPE PRODUCTION LINE
It is mainly used to produce PPR pipes for hot and cold water. It adopts PLC control system and HMI for whole extrusion line.
SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER
The single screw extruder is simple in design and inexpensive, so it is widely used. It is suitable for extrusion production of PE, PPR, PERT plastic pipes, sheets and profiles.
MARK LINE CO-EXTRUDER
The extruder is especially widely used on pipe production line to co-extrude pipe mark line. It is specially designed with lower power consumption and takes smaller space.
VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK
Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system, water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.
SPRAY COOLING TANK
The cooling water is atomized and sprayed from the special nozzle after being pressed by the water pump, so that the product can be cool to 360 degrees in all directions.
TRACTOR
It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head, and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
CUTTING MACHINE
After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
AUTOMATIC WINDING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
This machine is equipped with two reels alternately to ensure the continuity of production. It is suitable for plastic rewinding and packaging, automatic arranging,automatic rewinding, and easy operation.
TURNOVER RACK (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
Accept finished products and automatically turn over.
