Odorless Double Screw PVC Pipe Production Line For Liquid Delivery

Plastic pipe production line is mainly used in manufacture of the plastic PVC pipes with tube diameters and wall thickness, which are used for water supply and drainage in the field of agriculture and construction. This line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off, cutter, stacker etc. The extruder and the haul-off adopt the quality AC frequency conversion control device. The vacuum pump and motor adopt the famous brand. The haul-off have two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw. It may choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting production efficiency. Our company may equipped the special device for the manufacture of the inner wall spiral coil and core layer blister according to the client's requirement.

We use aluminum ceramic and aluminum heater on our conical twin-screw extruder, and all heater has an outer protecting cover to avoid people being wounded and installed water circle cooling in the feeding zone, it will prevent PVC material from being blocked, as the heating power will be passed from screw barrel to feeding zone.

Besides, we have a good performance vacuum system to suck the moisture and air from the barrel; it will increase the quality of plastic products; all cable wire has been chosen bigger diameter to avoid the unstable voltage and current. For special voltage, like 220V, we will use a double diameter of cable wire, as the current is much higher than others. The details of our conical twin-screw extruder will be thought, as we have manufactured all voltage extruders.

PVC PIPE PRODUCTION LINE

It consists of vacuum calibration tank, tractor, cutting machine,belling machine, etc. The equipment has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate.

CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.

EXTRUSION DIE

After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw,The extrusion die is the most important part of tube forming.

VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK

Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system,water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.

TRACTOR

It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head,and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.

CUTTING MACHINE

After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.

TURNOVER RACK (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)

Accept finished products and automatically turn over.

PIPE BELLING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)

The automatic pipe flaring machine can cooperate with the pipe production line to expand the pipe online or expand the pipe separately.The flaring pipe is heated by an oven,and the Omron temperature control is used for precise temperature control.
