Product Description
The production line is developed with the advanced technology of West Europe by our company.
The complete PVC Pipe production line is composed by conical twin screw extruder, pipe extrusion mold, vacuum calibration tank, haul off machine, cutter and stacker, belling machine (socketing machine). The main extruder and haul off we adopts ABB inverter, vacuum pump and motors adopt high quality famous brand. Haul off machine has two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws and eight claws accord to different pipe diameters. For pipe cutting machine has saw and planetary cutting type, which additionally attached with the meter counter and intensifying device. The production line is easily installation and operation, simple maintenance with reliable quality.

1. Specified screw design for better material plasticizing &mixing effect, For high filling formula, bimetallic screw and barrel can guarantee perfect solution;
2. Spider type die head can reduce joint line of the melt material, with reasonable compression ratio design;
3. Vertical integrated structured gear box with adopts NSK/SKF bearings guarantee stable operation and long use life;
4. The whole production line is controlled by Siemens PLC control system, which can observe the status of all equipment on the display or control the equipment separately
5. Our pipe extrusion line, which the motor speed of extruder and haul-off are measured and feedback the encoder, ensure the stability of screw speed and traction speed, and die head using Inner pipe cooling system, can improve cooling effect, reduce the length of spray cooling tank and save production costs.
6.The extrusion line can achieve various control of downstream equipment by the extruder and use several international famous brand.

PVC PIPE PRODUCTION LINE
It consists of vacuum calibration tank, tractor, cutting machine,belling machine, etc. The equipment has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate.
CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER
This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.
EXTRUSION DIE
After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw,The extrusion die is the most important part of tube forming.
VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK
Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system,water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.
TRACTOR
It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head,and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
CUTTING MACHINE
After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
TURNOVER RACK (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
Accept finished products and automatically turn over.
PIPE BELLING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
The automatic pipe flaring machine can cooperate with the pipe production line to expand the pipe online or expand the pipe separately.The flaring pipe is heated by an oven,and the Omron temperature control is used for precise temperature control.
