Brief Introduction
PVC pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of the plastic PVC pipe with various tube diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc. This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, printer, haul-off, cutter, stacker, etc.
The extruder and extractor adopt the imported AC frenquncey control device. The vacuum pump and the main motor adopt the famous brand. The haul-off has many different kinds of Model, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, five-claw, six-claw. About the cutter, you can choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting type. We also can offer some auxiliary machine about the pipe extrusion line.

PVC PIPE PRODUCTION LINE

CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

EXTRUSION DIE

VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK
Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system,water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.
TRACTOR
It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head,and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
CUTTING MACHINE
After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
TURNOVER RACK (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
Accept finished products and automatically turn over.
PIPE BELLING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
The automatic pipe flaring machine can cooperate with the pipe production line to expand the pipe online or expand the pipe separately.The flaring pipe is heated by an oven,and the Omron temperature control is used for precise temperature control.
