Product Description
Extrusion Line is used to produce PVC/WPC wall panel with different size, such as 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm wide, etc.
Changing some of parts, this line can also produce wpc profile.
According to the different formula, should mix the PVC powder with additives in a ratio. After mixing, put the raw material into the extruder by screw feeder. By heating and mixing in extruder, the raw material will change to fluid and extruded into mould. Out of mould, wall panel will be shaped and cooling by platform. Through the tractor, cutting machine, finial end on collect platform for packing.
This line is consisted of conical twin screw extruder, glue extruder, vacuum shaping table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacker. This line adopts automatic control, has the features of high automatic, easy operation and stable and effective production. It can also produce different kind of WPC decorating wall panel, WPC wall board, quick installation pane with different size by changing different kind of mould.

CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

EXTRUSION DIE

VACUUM CALIBRATION TABLE
Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system,water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.
TRACTOR
It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head,and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
HORIZONTAL CUTTING MACHINE
After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
Automatic pressing, sawing, hidden saw blade, low noise and high safety.
AUTO STACKING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
It can automatically receive and stack plates, saving personnel time for plate placement.
