HDPE Large-Diameter Pipe Production Line adopts advanced PLC computer control, high efficiency screw and composite die which includes pipe extruder, co-extruder, forming machine, cutting machine and relevant auxiliaries. This production line features high capacity, high efficiency and stable running. The finished pipe features high rigidity, high creep-resistance, convenient connection and economic use.
1. The Hdpe extruder combination of spiral feeding barrel and separate screw design, it guarantees a high plasticizing rate and excellent melt uniformity.We use water-cooled air conditioner,it ensure electric components work in constant temperature and humidity,which makes them more stable and get longer life time
2. This PE pipe production line is composed by Single screw extruder,Died head,Vacuum calibration tank ,Cooling tank ,Haul-off machine ,Cutter and stacker.
3. The whole production line is controlled by Siemens PLC control system, which can observe the status of all equipment on the display or control the equipment separately
4. Our HDPE pipe extrusion line, which the motor speed of extruder and haul-off are measured and feedback y the encoder, ensure the stability of screw speed and traction speed,and die head using Inner pipe cooling system,can improve cooling effect, reduce the length of spray cooling tank and save production costs.
5.The extrusion line can achieve various control of downstream equipment by the extruder and use several international famous brand.

PE PIPE PRODUCTION LINE
It consists of extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker, etc.
SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER
The single screw extruder is simple in design and inexpensive, so it is widely used. It is suitable for extrusion production of PE, PPR, PERT plastic pipes, sheets and profiles.
MARK LINE CO-EXTRUDER
The extruder is especially widely used on pipe production line to co-extrude pipe mark line. It is specially designed with lower power consumption and takes smaller space.
EXTRUSION DIE
After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PP the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the most important part of tube forming.
VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK
Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system, water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.
SPRAY COOLING TANK
The cooling water is atomized and sprayed from the special nozzle after being pressed by the water pump, so that the product can be cool to 360 degrees in all directions.
TRACTOR
It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head, and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
CUTTING MACHINE
After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
AUTOMATIC WINDING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
This machine is equipped with two reels alternately to ensure the continuity of production. It is suitable for plastic rewinding and packaging, automatic arranging,automatic rewinding, and easy operation.
TURNOVER RACK (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
Accept finished products and automatically turn over.
