Acid-resistant Soft PVC Pipe Production Line For Delivery Heating Liquids

This line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off, cutter, stacker etc. The extruder and the haul-off adopt the quality AC frequency conversion control device. The vacuum pump and motor adopt the famous brand. The haul-off have two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw. It may choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting production efficiency.

Clients also can choose double/four PVC pipe extrusion line to make small size PVC pipes.

The main electrics for PVC pipe extrusion machine adopt Siemens motor, ABB inverter, RKC/OMRON temperature controller.

5. Vacuum calibration tank adopts high-efficiency two chamber and large length design, providing faster calibration and more efficient cooling;

6. Planetary cutter adopts hydraulic feeding of blade which providing perfect chamfering processing and cutting surface;

This production line is mainly used for extrusion production of PVC wood powder composite plastic profiles. It has good stability,high precision and high reliability.

CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.

EXTRUSION DIE

After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC, the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the most important part of profile forming.

VACUUM CALIBRATION TABLE

Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system, water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right,height adjustment manual device,stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.

CUTTING MACHINE

After being controlled by encoder according tothe required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
