The production line is mainly based on various kinds of PVC as raw materials, extrude raw materials with a twin screw extruder, equipped with different sizes and shapes of molds, match with a corresponding calibrating table or cooling tank, hauling machine, cutting machine, and rack, can produce a variety of different plastic profiles. We can customize the production line according to customer samples.
PVC WPC door board machine production line is mainly used for making WPC door board with different width and thickness. The surface of door board can be treated by printing & coated with glossy oil, heat transfer printing or lamination, which can help the door panel get good decorative effect for house door, kitchen, toilet, balcony and so on.
Features
1. Extruder adopts cast-aluminum heating circles, high quality thermo-controllers, air blowers for cooling, AC/DC inverter and screw core oil circulation cooling.
2. Calibrating tables adopts special cooling system, which can guarantee the effective cooling.
3. Haul off machine adopts special lifting technology, which works stably with powerful hauling force.
4. Cutting machine works together with extrusion line synchronously, installed with length-setting unit, which can guarantee high speed cutting, uniform length of cutting.

PVC PIATE PRODUCTION LINE
The production line adopts automatic control,with high degree of automation, stable equipment easy operation and high production efficiency.
CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

EXTRUSION DIE

Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system,water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.
TRACTOR
It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head,and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
CUTTING MACHINE
After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
HORIZONTAL CUTTING MACHINE
Automatic pressing, sawing, hidden saw blade, low noise and high safety.
AUTO STACKING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
It can automatically receive and stack plates, saving personnel time for plate placement.
