Product Description
This line is consisted of conical twin screw extruder, glue extruder, vacuum shaping table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacker. This line adopts automatic control, has the features of high automatic, easy operation and stable and effective production. It can also produce different kind of WPC decorating wall panel, WPC wall board, quick installation pane with different size by changing different kind of mould.
This production line is suitable to produce the PP, PE, PVC + wood composite products, the WPC products are strong and durable, both have the advantages of plastic and wood products, at the same time, they overcomes the shortages of plastic products that is easily got deformed, and the wood products can easily get corrosion, damaged by worms, short service life, etc. They are popularly used as packing case and wood-polymer tray; flooring panel, indoor and outdoor decoration, plank flooring, pavilion and chair in park, etc. The amount of wood power or fibers can reach to 50-70%.

PVC WPC PROFILE PRODUCTION LINE
This production line is mainly used for extrusion production of PVC wood powder composite plastic profiles. It has good stability,high precision and high reliability.
CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER
This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.
EXTRUSION DIE
After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC, the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the most important part of profile forming.
VACUUM CALIBRATION TABLE
Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system, water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right,height adjustment manual device,stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.
The tractor is used to continuously and automatically lead the cooled and hardened profiles from the machine head, and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
CUTTING MACHINE
After being controlled by encoder according tothe required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
Accept finished products and automatically turn over.
