Main Components of the Production Line

1. Raw Material Preprocessing System

o Die (Mold): Determines the cross-sectional shape and dimensions of the edge band (common thickness: 0.3-3mm, width: 10-80mm).

3. Auxiliary Equipment

o Printer (optional): Applies wood grain, stone patterns, or other designs.

o Embossing Unit (optional): Creates textures (e.g., matte effects) via rollers.

o Cooling Tank: Rapidly cools and solidifies the edge band for dimensional stability.

o Puller: Continuously draws the edge band at a consistent speed.

o Cutter: Cuts to specified lengths (straight strips or coiled rolls).

4. Automated Control System

o PLC-controlled adjustments for temperature, speed, and pressure to ensure consistent quality.
