The auxiliary machine consists of a vacuum setting table, a tractor, a cutting machine and a pusher frame. Equipped with a large forced cooling device to ensure the effect of door panel shaping. The crawler tractor adopts reducer motor and frequency converter, which has the advantages of reasonable structure, large traction and stable traction. The cutting machine has the advantages of reliable and accurate work and high cutting precision. The stacker is equipped with a movable pusher and a special rubber protective layer, which has the advantages of no damage to the material and easy use. The auxiliary machine unit adopts a programmable computer control system, and the control of the whole machine is reliable and stable.
The core part of screw adopts auto circular water cooling system in order to raise efficiency. According to customer's material formulation, we choose the screw with most reasonable structure, with the aim of reaching the best plasticizing status, as well as good material floating quality.
The reduction box and distribution case adopt imported bearings and oil seals. Gearwheel is made of 38CrMoALA, with nitriding treatment specially for PS foam profile producing machine.
Temperature control system adopts imported temperature gauge and contactor, with the controlling precision reaching 1 cent degree.
Driving motor adopts AC or DC motor, with motor speed controlled separately by imported inverter. Electric system is equipped with error alarming device, as well as current overload protector.
