Equipment composition

Extruder：Melts food-grade PVC dry blend into uniform viscous melt, then extrudes stably into pipe shape.

Custom Forming Mold：Control the inner/outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe, ensure uniform melt distribution, avoid bubbles and scratches, and improve light transmittance.

Vacuum Shaping Table：Uses vacuum suction to attach hot pipe to shaping sleeve; cools quickly to fix dimensions, preventing deformation.

Haul-off Machine: Pulls cooled pipe at constant speed, matching extruder output to keep wall thickness uniform.

Automatic Winder: Neatly winds finished pipes into rolls; auto-stops when preset length is reached – easy for packaging.
