Product Description

1 Output 2 PVC Pipe Production Line is developed with the advanced technology of West Europe by our company.

PVC Pipe machine is mainly used in the manufacture of the plastic PVC pipes with various diameters (from 20-1000mm) and wall thickness in the aspects such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc.

The complete PVC PIPE Extrusion LINE is composed by conical twin screw extruder, pipe extrusion mold, vacuum calibration tank, haul off machine, cutter and stacker, belling machine (socketing machine). The main extruder and haul off we adopts ABB inverter, vacuum pump and motors adopt high quality famous brand. Haul off machine has two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws and eight claws accord to different pipe diameters. For pipe cutting machine has saw and planetary cutting type, which additionally attached with the meter counter and intensifying device. The production line is easily installation and operation, simple maintenance with reliable quality.

Key Components

CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.
EXTRUSION DIE

After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw,The extrusion die is the most important part of tube forming.
VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK

Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system,water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.
TRACTOR

It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head,and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
CUTTING MACHINE

After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
