PPR pipe production line is used to produce water supply PPR pipe, for hot/cold water transportation, pipe diameter range of 20mm-63mm, 20mm-110mm, up to 160mm, etc., standard pressure rating PN6, PN12, PN20, PN25; The production pipe line is mainly used in building water supply system, air conditioning water supply system and other fields.

The extrusion line speed of PPR pipe can reach 35m/min (20x2.8mm). PPR pipe production line adopts professional efficient wear-resistant extruder, which can ensure high-speed extrusion and ensure the long-term service life of the extruder.

The single-screw extruder and the traction machine adopt imported AC frequency conversion speed regulating device, and the vacuum pump and traction motor are all made of high quality products. The tractor is driven by two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, eight claws, ten claws, and twelve claws. Available with chipless cutting, saw blade cutting or planetary cutting, the unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency.
