PVC Hot Cutting Granulating Line

1.PVC pelletizing line is one of our main products, which has the advantages of high stability, better capacity  at reasonable consumption.

2.The pelletizing line includes extruder, pelletizing mould, air cooling system and vibrating seive.

3.All our extrusion equipment are using best standard devices. eg. ABB frequency invertor, which enjoys global guarantee, Simens standard main motor, Schneider buttons, Japanese RKC temperature indicators, FUJI frequency controller. Feeding powder motor is controlled by FUJI .If PVC pelletizing are color concentrate, we can add three or five stock bins.

4.The hot cutting granulation of the mold surface makes the material particles appear smooth, full, and beautiful.

5.Due to the modular design of the system, users can also choose two stage air cooling or boiling bed cooling, and other forms according to process requirements.

6.PVC plastic granulator is mainly used for hot cutting and granulation of PVC and other plastics. It has high cutting accuracy, high cutting efficiency, and convenient installation and movement.
