The pipe is further cooled and shaped by vacuum sizing and spray box, and uniformly pulled by a traction machine. Finally, it is cut or expanded according to the requirements. The integrated automation control technology of the entire line achieves precise adjustment of key parameters such as temperature, speed, and pressure, ensuring the high density, corrosion resistance, and surface smoothness of the pipes. It is widely used in fields such as building water supply and drainage, electrical wiring, and agricultural irrigation.

In addition, the equipment is compatible with lead-free environmentally friendly formulas and meets green building material standards. The produced pipes exhibit excellent impact resistance, ring stiffness, and long-term static hydraulic strength, covering a wide range of different diameter specifications from 16mm to 800mm and above.
