PVC pipes are synthetic materials formed by hot pressing polyvinyl chloride resin, stabilizers, lubricants, etc.
As the second most widely used synthetic material in the world, they are mainly divided into three types: PVC-U pipes, PVC-M pipes, and PVC-O pipes, with a melting temperature range of 185-205 ℃.
Hard PVC pipes account for about 2/3 and have the characteristics of corrosion resistance and low price. They are suitable for drainage, water supply, and chemical fluid transportation.
The PVC pipe production line/ PVC pipe making machine uses an automated process to mix PVC powder with stabilizers, modifiers, and other additives. After high-temperature melting and plasticization, it is then extruded into shape by a mold.
The production line is usually equipped with a conical twin-screw extruder to ensure efficient mixing of materials and stable output. The pipe is further cooled and shaped by vacuum sizing and spray box, and uniformly pulled by a traction machine. Finally, it is cut or expanded according to the requirements. The integrated automation control technology of the entire line achieves precise adjustment of key parameters such as temperature, speed, and pressure, ensuring the high density, corrosion resistance, and surface smoothness of the pipes. It is widely used in fields such as building water supply and drainage, electrical wiring, and agricultural irrigation.

Equipped with an online wall thickness detection and meter weight control system, it can provide real-time feedback and adjust extrusion parameters to ensure consistent pipe size and significantly reduce scrap rates.
When changing colors or materials, the quick cleaning machine structure can be used to complete the switch in a short period of time, meeting the production needs of multiple varieties and small batches.
At the same time, the production line supports double-layer or multi-layer co extrusion technology, with an outer layer that can add anti UV or anti scratch functional layers, and an inner layer that maintains excellent corrosion resistance.
In addition, the equipment is compatible with lead-free environmentally friendly formulas and meets green building material standards. The produced pipes exhibit excellent impact resistance, ring stiffness, and long-term static hydraulic strength, covering a wide range of different diameter specifications from 16mm to 800mm and above.
