PVC PROFILE PRODUCTION LINE

PVC profile making machine mainly composed by Conical Twin Screw Extruder, Cooling Table, Hauling Machine, Cutting Machine, Stacker. With different mould, it can produce various UPVC profile, such as: PVC window door profile, PVC wall panel, PVC window sill board, cabinet door board, curtain box, PVC trucking, cable duct, PVC skirting, PVC protection corner and so on.

CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.

EXTRUSION DIE

After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC, the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the most important part of profile forming.

VACUUM CALIBRATION TABLE

Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system, water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right,height adjustment manual device,stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.

The tractor is used to continuously and automatically lead the cooled and hardened profiles from the machine head, and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.

CUTTING MACHINE

After being controlled by encoder according tothe required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.

Accept finished products and automatically turn over.
