PVC WPC Door Frame Profiles Extruder / Wood Plastic Composite Board Panel Making Machine

This PVC/WPC profile plastic making machine adopts conical twin screw especially used for the extruder, matching with different standard of profile die and auxiliary device, it is used to extrude PVC ceiling panel , PVC wall panel, PVC trunking profile and other PVC profile. It adopts vacuum calibrating, online film transferring machine, auto haul-off and cutting device, and material discharge. Features of the production line, automatic temperature controlling, stable performance, and easy operation.

The line adopts special designed barrel and screw, mould and working crafts to produce wood plastic composite products, simplified as WPC products. The extruder is of two steps mixing extruding or make the wood and plastic into pellets first, then use extruder to process; power and space saving, high capacity, stable extruding presser.

1. Barrier type screw, by which the material can get good plasticizing at low temperature but high extrusion output.
2. Barrel with feeding groove, material is 38CrMoAl and nitrogen treated, surface hardness is HRC 65-68, which can has a long use life.
3. Millipore type mould with suitable inner compression ratio which can guarantee to produce high quality PPR pipes.
4. High automatic level. The production line is controlled by PLC(touch screen). All parts, like extruder, haul off unit, cutter etc can be controlled by touch screen synchronously.

This production line is mainly used for extrusion production of PVC wood powder composite plastic profiles. It has good stability,high precision and high reliability.

CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.

EXTRUSION DIE

After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC, the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the most important part of profile forming.

VACUUM CALIBRATION TABLE

Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system, water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right,height adjustment manual device,stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.

The tractor is used to continuously and automatically lead the cooled and hardened profiles from the machine head, and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.

CUTTING MACHINE

After being controlled by encoder according tothe required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.

Accept finished products and automatically turn over.
