This machine is mainly used to produce agricultural/water supply/drainage pipes, architectural water supply/drainage pipes, cable laying pipes etc. This PVC pipe making machine adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC powder, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production. Our PVC pipe extrusion machine has features of low energy consumption, high output, stable running etc.

Features

1. The extruder combination of spiral feeding barrel and separate screw design, it guarantees a high plasticizing rate and excellent melt uniformity. We use water-cooled air conditioner, it ensure electric components work in constant temperature and humidity, which makes them more stable and get longer life time

2. This pipe production line is composed by Twin screw extruder, Died head, Vacuum calibration tank ,Cooling tank, Haul-off machine ,Cutter and stacker.

3. The whole production line is controlled by Siemens PLC control system, which can observe the status of all equipment on the display or control the equipment separately

4. Vacuum calibration tank adopts high-efficiency two chamber and large length design, providing faster calibration and more efficient cooling;

5. Planetary cutter adopts hydraulic feeding of blade which providing perfect chamfering processing and cutting surface;

6. U type, R type and Air blow type socket can be provided according to applications;

7. Intelligent PLC controlling system with human-friendly interface make the operation easily and conveniently.

It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head,and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.

CUTTING MACHINE

After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.

Accept finished products and automatically turn over.

PIPE BELLING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)

The automatic pipe flaring machine can cooperate with the pipe production line to expand the pipe online or expand the pipe separately.The flaring pipe is heated by an oven,and the Omron temperature control is used for precise temperature control.
