Key Components

Extruder

Adopts a single-screw extruder with variable-frequency speed regulation. This allows for precise control of the extrusion speed, ensuring stable production for different product specifications. Equipped with high-quality screw and barrel, which are made of special alloy materials.
Shaping Table

The shaping table is designed with a stainless-steel water tray, which is not only durable but also easy to clean. It is equipped with a domestic famous-brand vacuum pump.
Traction and Cutting Machine

The traction machine uses a belt-traction method. It is driven by a high-torque motor with variable-frequency control, which can achieve smooth and stable traction. The traction speed can be adjusted according to the extrusion speed. It has a convenient lifting mechanism, which can be manually or automatically adjusted, making it easy to load and unload materials and maintain the equipment.
