Equipment composition

Custom Forming Mold: Control the inner/outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe, ensure uniform melt distribution, avoid bubbles and scratches, and improve light transmittance.


Vacuum Shaping Table: Uses vacuum suction to attach hot pipe to shaping sleeve; cools quickly to fix dimensions, preventing deformation.

Haul-off Machine: Pulls cooled pipe at constant speed, matching extruder output to keep wall thickness uniform.

Automatic Winder: Neatly winds finished pipes into rolls; auto-stops when preset length is reached - easy for packaging.
