Product Description
This PVC Window Door Profile Production Extrusion Line is a complete set of automated production equipment used to process PVC raw materials into various profiles. Its core function is to heat and melt PVC resin mixed with additives through an extrusion molding process, then shape it through molds, cool and set it, and finally cut it into profiles of the required length.
Its core advantages lie in "profile precision control"and "high-efficiency extrusion"—the line is designed for the structural characteristics of PVC window and door profiles, realizing one-step extrusion of complex cross-section profiles. The produced profiles feature accurate dimensional tolerance, smooth surface, and excellent weather resistance.

Production Process
1、PVC raw materials (plus additives) are fed into the extruder via an automatic feeder and fully plasticized;
2、The molten material is extruded into profile blanks with complex cross-sections through the precision mold;
3、The multi-section shaping table cools and shapes the profile blanks to fix the structure;
4、The traction machine pulls the profiles at a speed synchronized with extrusion, ensuring no stretching deformation;
5、The automatic cutting machine performs fixed-length cutting;
6、The intelligent material turning rack automatically turns and stacks the cut profiles.
