Product Description
The plastic ceiling panel production line can produce various kinds of decorative ceiling panel , wall panel and profiles, which are widely used for decorating and protecting the external surface of houses, office buildings, top class villas. It can be laminated with PVC, ASA, PMMA material etc. on the surface. It can be used in hot or cold, dry or wet area, which can bear long period irradiation of ultraviolet radiation and bad weather such as gale and rainstorm, long life and easily to operate. And it also has the advantages of good fireproofing, high capacity, easy installation, low price and long using life.
Production flow:
pvc powder+wood powder+additives → mixing → extrusion line ( conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion die → profile moulds→ vacuum calibration platform →haul-off → cutter →stacker → finished product) → surface finish processing ( like heat transfer,sanding, embossing,etc)
Features
1. Capacity of main frame can be optionally chosen from 60-700 kgs/hour.
2. With different molds, it can products different kinds of profiles.
3. The haul-off unit has applied unique lift technique. Its work is stable, its reliability is good, its pulling force is large.
4. Vacuum setting has applied special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating so as to meet demand of high speed extruding.
5. Movement speed and drawing speed of cutting machine keep synchronous.
6. All movements are controlled by imported PLC, the design is reasonable, the operation is stable, it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length.
7. Powder & dust suction device can be provided.
8. The stacker platform can choose such specifications as 4-meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, 11-meter, etc.
9. With twin parallel screws extruder, it is particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profiled material.

PVC PIATE PRODUCTION LINE
The production line adopts automatic control,with high degree of automation, stable equipment easy operation and high production efficiency.
CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER
This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.
EXTRUSION DIE
After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw,The extrusion die is the most important part of tube forming.
VACUUM CALIBRATION TABLE
Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system,water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.
TRACTOR
It is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head,and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
CUTTING MACHINE
After being controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
HORIZONTAL CUTTING MACHINE
Automatic pressing, sawing, hidden saw blade, low noise and high safety.
AUTO STACKING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
It can automatically receive and stack plates, saving personnel time for plate placement.
PLATE STACKER (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)
Receive finished product and unload.
