1. Raw Material Pretreatment: PVC resin, alkali-resistant agents, stabilizers and other raw materials are put into the mixer in proportion, and stirred at high speed to 80-90℃ to ensure uniform mixing of raw materials and improve the alkali resistance of pipes.

2. Extrusion Molding: The mixed raw materials are sent to the twin-screw extruder, melted and plasticized at high temperature, and then extruded into pipe blanks through a special mold.

3. Sizing and Cooling: The pipes enter the vacuum sizing box, and through negative pressure adsorption and spray cooling, the pipe diameter and shape are quickly fixed to ensure the roundness and dimensional accuracy of the pipes.

4. Traction and Cutting: The sized pipes are pulled at a constant speed by the tractor, and then accurately cut to the set length by the automatic cutting saw.

5. Finished Product Stacking: The cut finished products are automatically stacked by the stacking machine, facilitating subsequent inspection, packaging and delivery.
