Fully Automatic Adjustable Length PVC Corner Production Line For Corner

PVC male and female corner lines are indoor and outdoor corner guards. Using PVC yin and yang corner lines can speed up the construction speed, improve the quality, and keep the corners beautiful. The line adopts special designed barrel and screw, mould and working crafts to produce wood plastic composite products, simplified as WPC products. The extruder is of two steps mixing extruding or make the wood and plastic into pellets first, then use extruder to process; power and space saving, high capacity, stable extruding presser; the pre-heating loader is installed on top of the extruder, it can exhaust the moist remains in the wood power to make sure the extruding section of extruder is full, and guarantee a better plasticizing result. The optimal designed screw is of small shear force, which does not easy to shearing the wood fibers and makes the dwell time of material inside the extruder even. The barrel and screw adopts bimetallic treatment, anti-wear and anti-corrosion, extend the service life.

The unit adopts the special designed conical twin-screw extruder, adopts imported frequency converter for speed regulation, and uses RKC temperature control instrument. It has the advantages of wide adjustment range, high temperature control accuracy, convenient and reliable operation. The auxiliary machine consists of a vacuum setting table, a tractor, a cutting machine and a pusher frame. Equipped with a large forced cooling device to ensure the effect of door panel shaping. The crawler tractor adopts reducer motor and frequency converter, which has the advantages of reasonable structure, large traction and stable traction. The cutting machine has the advantages of reliable and accurate work and high cutting precision. The stacker is equipped with a movable pusher and a special rubber protective layer, which has the advantages of no damage to the material and easy use. The auxiliary machine unit adopts a programmable computer control system, and the control of the whole machine is reliable and stable.

EXTRUSION DIE

After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC, the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the most important part of profile forming.

VACUUM CALIBRATION TABLE

Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system, water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right,height adjustment manual device,stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.

CUTTING MACHINE

After being controlled by encoder according tothe required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cutted smoothly without scraps and dust.
