Product Description
This Large diameter HDPE/MDPE fuel gas/water supply pipe extrusion line is mainly used for producing large diameter HDPE/MDPE pipe. The pipe has some excellent features such as heating resistant, aging resistant, high mechanical strength, environmental stress cracks resistant, good creep resistant, etc. It is a preferred gas conduit for ductwork systems between city and its suburb, water supply in city.
Pipe Application Area:
1. Urban tap water supply, direct drinking water supply and different quality water supply.
2. Coal gas, liquefied gas and natural gas distribution and transportation.
3. Corrosive water drainage.
4. Water conservancy and farm irrigation works.
Production Flow:
Material →Color Mixer →Material Feeding →Single Screw Extruder →Extrusion Mould & calibrator → vacuum Calibration Cooling Tank → Spray Cooling Tank →Printer → Haul-off Unit →cutter →stacker or Coiler
Features
Big capacity and low power consumption, and achieved multi- layers co extrusion with 1-5 layers.
The copper bush is more wear-resisting and prevent material leakage which can guarantee a stable running of extruder.
Material feed via spiral groove, efficient transmission and can effectively reduce back-pressure on extruder.
Unique design (barrier, shearing and mixing zone) guarantees a uniformed plasticizing effect, and can reduce the pressure on the screw which guarantees a high speed and stable output capacity.
High torque gear box has a smart figuration, compact construction, low noise, high carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency can assure long-time trouble-free operation;
PCA(pipe air cooling system) of die head largely increase the extrusion speed and decrease the cooling length of extrusion line, and improve quality of inner pipe surface;
Intelligent PLC controlling system with human-friendly interface make the operation easily and conveniently;
Chip-free cutter ensuing flat and smooth cutting surface of pipe.
