Features
1. High lineal extrusion speed, big capacity and low power consumption, and achieved multi-layers co-extrusion with 1-5 layers.
2. The copper bush is more wear-resisting and prevent material leakage which can guarantee a stable running of extruder.
3. The whole production line is controlled by Siemens PLC control system, which can observe the status of all equipment on the display or control the equipment separately

Our HDPE pipe extrusion line, which the motor speed of extruder and haul-off are measured and feedback y the encoder, ensure the stability of screw speed and traction speed,and die head using Inner pipe cooling system,can improve cooling effect, reduce the length of spray cooling tank and save production costs.
5.The extrusion line can achieve various control of downstream equipment by the extruder and use several international famous brand.
