Product Description
This type of production line is primarily used to manufacture high-density polyethylene single-wall corrugated pipes with relatively small diameters (e.g., Φ16mm to Φ200mm, depending on the model). These pipes are widely used in communication cable protection, wire sheathing, drainage, ventilation, agricultural irrigation, and other fields due to their light weight, corrosion resistance, good flexibility, and high ring stiffness (benefiting from the corrugated structure).

The "heart" of the entire production line. Its role is to heat, melt, plasticize, homogenize solid PE plastic pellets , and continuously and stably extrude a molten tube parison of specific shape and size.
