Small-Scale PE Single-Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line

This type of production line is primarily used to manufacture high-density polyethylene single-wall corrugated pipes with relatively small diameters (e.g., Φ16mm to Φ200mm, depending on the model). These pipes are widely used in communication cable protection, wire sheathing, drainage, ventilation, agricultural irrigation, and other fields due to their light weight, corrosion resistance, good flexibility, and high ring stiffness (benefiting from the corrugated structure).

·         Compactness: Relatively small equipment footprint.

·         Flexibility: Capable of producing different pipe specifications (diameter, peak/valley shape) by changing the extruder die head, corrugation blocks, calibration sleeve, haul-off belts/pads, and winder reel.

·         Efficiency: Continuous production, high efficiency, suitable for small-to-medium batches or diverse specifications.

·         Automation Level: Basic automation (synchronized control), relatively simple operation.

·         Moderate Investment: Lower initial investment and operating costs compared to large-scale lines.

Extruder

The "heart" of the entire production line. Its role is to heat, melt, plasticize, homogenize solid PE plastic pellets , and continuously and stably extrude a molten tube parison of specific shape and size.

It continuously transforms the cooled and sized smooth straight parison into a corrugated shape using specific molds  and a forming process.

Winder 

To wind the continuously produced corrugated pipe neatly and tightly onto a reel (spool), forming a coil for easy transportation, storage, and use.
