The production line using three layer co-extrusion technology, oxygen barrier EVOH polymer coating on the external layer of the pipe base,through the polymer binder will EVOH bonded together and make the tube to hinder the oxygen permeability of function, can effectively prevent bacteria breeding in the pipeline system to the purpose of environmental protection.


The production line adopts model precision extrusion technology with special screw, special mold and melt metering pump after accurate measurement by the special vacuum set size and cool and, CO extruded layer uniform wall thickness, according to the customer need to change raw material production to other kinds of oxygen resistant pipe or solid wall pipe.

SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER

The single screw extruder is simple in design and inexpensive, so it is widely used. It is suitable for extrusion production of PE, PPR, PERT plastic pipes, sheets and profiles.

EXTRUSION DIE
