Conical twin screw extruders are commonly used for PVC powder processing because they provide stable plasticizing and melt pressure for PVC pipe, profile, board and granule applications. For window and door profile production, the extruder should be selected together with the profile mould, calibration mould, vacuum calibration table and downstream haul-off cutting system.
