1、PVC-Specific Tapered Twin-Screw Extruder

The screw structure is optimized for the melting characteristics of PVC raw materials. Equipped with a high-power drive motor, it achieves uniform plasticization of PVC raw materials while avoiding local overheating and degradation. It is fitted with a PVC-specific precise variable-frequency feeding system, supporting accurate proportioning of PVC resin powder with additives such as stabilizers and plasticizers.

2、PVC Customized Molding Mold

Precisely machined from 45Cr steel, its inner surface undergoes high-gloss polishing to ensure smooth and flawless surfaces of PVC panels. It supports customization of different hollow hole diameters, panel thicknesses, and widths according to requirements, adapting to the production of various PVC products such as ceiling panels, interior wall panels, and exterior wall panels.

3、PVC-Specific Vacuum Cooling and Shaping Table

Through a pneumatic adjustment mechanism, it achieves precise positioning of PVC panels in vertical and horizontal directions. It effectively suppresses warping, deformation, and uneven shrinkage of PVC panels during the cooling process, ensuring the compactness of the hollow structure and flatness of the panel surface, and laying a solid foundation for subsequent PVC panel processing.

4、PVC Pneumatic Pressurization Traction Machine

Adopting a double-group rubber roller design, it realizes stable pressurization through pneumatic cylinders. The traction speed can be steplessly adjusted according to the PVC extrusion rhythm.

5、PVC Cutting Machine

Equipped with a saw blade cutting structure and a pneumatic impact system, it supports quick switching between multiple PVC panel specifications. Featuring an intelligent sensing device, it works in synergy with the traction machine to achieve uninterrupted cutting. The cut edges are smooth without burrs, reducing the subsequent processing procedures of PVC panels.

6、PVC Full-Automatic Panel Suction Machine

Targeting the characteristics of PVC panels, it adopts a soft vacuum suction cup design. Through a pneumatic system, it realizes stable grabbing and stacking of finished PVC panels. It significantly reduces manual handling intensity, prevents scratches on the PVC panel surface, and realizes linkage between cutting and stacking with limit switches, improving the operational efficiency of the end of the PVC production line.
