Winsoar 16-32mm PVC one out four pipe extrusion line is designed for high-efficiency small PVC conduit and UPVC pipe production. One conical twin screw extruder feeds a four-cavity pipe mould, while four pipes are calibrated, cooled, pulled and cut at the same time.

The complete line can include PVC hot and cold mixer, conical twin screw extruder, four-cavity mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off and cutting machine, pipe stacker and optional belling machine according to the target pipe application.

Winsoar 16-32mm PVC one out four pipe extrusion line is designed for high-efficiency small PVC pipe production. It is suitable for PVC electrical conduit, cable protection pipe, small UPVC water pipe and small drainage pipe applications.

The one out four design allows one extruder to produce four pipes at the same time. Compared with a single-output small pipe line, it improves production efficiency while keeping the workshop footprint, operation and maintenance requirements practical for small pipe factories.
